Abstract Injection moulding is a high-quality process that preferred in modern manufacturing. Due to the defects HDPE polymer composites parameter’s had be adjusted based on necessity. Therefore, this study of parameters improve quality characteristics injection HDPE-PBI composite samples. As composition varies, aspects must controlled are shrinkage and warpage. The considered as factors Melting Temperature (°C), pressure (MPa) cooling time (sec). Using Taguchi Optimization method L9 Orthogonal array, was performed found 65 MPa temperature 180-185 °C showed better results. influence studied through research using Analysis Variance (ANNOVA).
